Baptized In Blood Debut To Be Released Digitally Oct. 19th

Recently, I got the opportunity to go to the Rockstar Mayhem Festival at the DTE Energy Theater (still known to me as Pine Knob) in Clarkston, Michigan. With headliner’s such as Korn, Lamb of God, Rob Zombie, Five Finger Death Punch, as well as supporting acts like Hatebreed, Chimaira, In This Moment, Norma Jean, and others, how could I not go? In the meantime, we’ve got a video of several artists with a message for YOU, the readers, as well as some pictures of a In This Moment, Chimaira, and Rob Zombie. Check it all out and if you were there, leave some comments!

TheGlobeAndMail.com caught up with Joe Perry and he had this to say about the future of Aerosmith, “Right now, we’re talking about getting another singer to fill in for Steven. I don’t know what’s going on with him, but as far as Aerosmith goes, we’re going to find somebody to sing.” He also added ” “I think it would make more sense, with a band like Aerosmith, to get somebody who the fans might recognize. There’s no sense going out there and being an Aerosmith clone band. In order for both parties to get something out of this, to move things along musically, it’s important to get somebody who’s a legitimate headliner on their own.”
