Slipknot Headlining Mayhem 2012?

At the 2012 NAMM convention, Ibanez Guitars representative Russ Rosenfeld might’ve just let the cat outta the bag. In a short video where he shows off one of the new Mick Thompson signature guitars, he states that Slipknot will be headlining the 2012 Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival. While this is not confirmed in any way, shape, or form, it’s still something to think about considering how many of the band members have stated that there will be a tour in 2012. Slipknot members Corey Taylor and M. Shawn Crahan have recently announced the opening of Living Breathing Films, a studio where they will produce horror/thriller/supernatural media for film and TV. You can check out all the info here.
