‘Dead Space 3′, Now With More Hallucinations

A crazy awesome feature announced in Dead Space 3 is what I like to call the hallucination system. Newcomer John Carver joins Issac and is experiencing his first bouts of hallucinating. SPACE MADNESS! And the cool thing about the co-op is that Issac won’t be seeing all the things John is seeing due to his space madness. So each player will get a totally different experience. You can see all that goodness in the video past the break. You can also get a lot of your co-op fears, Lost Planet fears and more crushed and stomped out with some reassurance that the Dead Space series will always be aiming to make you shit out your spine. (Trademark Adam Dodd). Dead Space 3 released February 5th on the PC, Playstation 3, and Xbox 360.

‘Mass Effect 3′s’ New DLC Takes You Back To Omega

Mass Effect 3′s next DLC entitled Omega, has you joining up with Aria T’Loak, and Nyreen Kandros. Omega has been taken by Cerberus General Oleg Petrovsky, and Aria needs Shepard’s help to take back the black market station. 4 playable missions will be in the DLC. I’m not sure where in the Mass Effect timeline the DLC falls, but I suppose the only way to find out is to buy it! It comes out November 27th on the PC, Playstation 3, and Xbox 360. Screens past the break.

Exciting Secret ‘Dead Space 3′ News Coming Tomorrow!

Our friend lil’ Adam Dodd is of course sworn to secrecy or else he could be strung up in the Visceral Games offices. But what could it be? Honestly what I think I would want more than anything is a 4 player survival/horde mode. I can’t flippin get enough of those. A lot of people on Dead Space 3′s official FACEBOOK are speculating a special/collectors edition. The news will be announced tomorrow, but what do you guys think it will be?

crysis 3 (2)

Haven’t Played ‘Crysis’? Well, There’s A Way You Can Get It For Free

E.A. and Crytek recently announced that if you pre-order Crysis 3, you will receive a free digital download for the original Crysis either for the PC, Playstation 3, and Xbox 360. But that’s not all! Upon pre-ordering the game you will also get the Crysis 3 Hunter Edition. What that means for you is the Predator bow and the Hunter Nanosuit to use in multiplayer right off the bat. So make sure you get your pre-order in before the game releases in February of 2013.

Painkiller Hell and Damnation (11)

‘Painkiller Hell & Damnation’, Featuring A Dead Gary Coleman?

Jk jk. Though upon looking at the above image that was exactly what I thought. Painkiller Hell & Damnation was released Halloween only on the PC. Those console gamers will have to wait until January 22nd, 2013 for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 releases. Painkiller H&D is a remake of the original Painkiller from 2004. You can play the main campaign 2 player co-op and up to 8 player online multiplayer survival mode. I’ve never played the original but I’m definitely interested in picking this up. Awesome new screens past the break.

‘Black Ops II’s’ Nuketown 2025 Map Is Da Bomb! Literally.

Nuketown was definitely the favorite map in the original Black Ops. Whenever it popped up in voting, I never saw it get voted down, or for new map choices. If you check out the video past the break you can see the pre-order exclusive map Nuketown 2025 trailer for Black Ops II. It looks AMAZING. The map looks more like a neighborhood street rather than just 2 houses. And it still has that awesome classic look to it. Check it out, and don’t forget if you want the map you have to pre-order the game before its November 13th release.

‘Deadly Premoniton’s Directors Cut’ Is Enhancing Your Coffee Drinking Experience

Coming sometime next year will be Deadly Premonition’s Directors Cut, exclusively for the Playstation 3. The game was a budget title at 20 dollars, so I’m assuming they’ll be asking the same price for the Directors Cut. The DC is expected to have upgraded HD graphics, a better control system, DLC, and more. Check out a teaser trailer below.

If You Want Your Friend To Live, You’ll Watch This New ‘Until Dawn’ Halloween Trailer

The Halloween trailers just keep coming! Until Dawn is an intriguing horror game because it’s heavily inspired by teen slasher flicks like Halloween and Friday the 13th, with a little Saw thrown in. In it, eight teens are being hunted by someone, or something. It looks creepy enough, and while I haven’t jumped on the PlayStation Move bandwagon, this might end up being the game that changes my mind about it. Might be. Check out its unsettling (and heavily Saw-inspired) Halloween trailer after the break.

And why wouldn’t he be? Deadpool is one cocky son of a bitch. So he went to Comic-Con and he dicked it up hard. Check out the video below as Deadpool gets the bitches, makes fun of people, and gets a churro. Game voice veteran Nolan North will be voicing him in the official game that will be coming out in 2013 for the Playstation 3, and Xbox 360.

The Final Hours Of ‘Tomb Raider’, Well, They’re Awesome

“May 2013? Fuck that.” That’s what I said out loud to myself just now. It’s just too damn far away. I can’t even begin to express my excitement for the new Tomb Raider. The game is beyond gorgeous looking and it’s such a fresh awesome take on the series. This game tops my most anticipated games list an is holding strong. The video below is a behind the scenes look as Zachary Levi talks to the games creators, voice actors, writers and more about the game. When I watch the gameplay I play a loop of Kelly Clarkson’s ‘Stronger’ in my head. You’ll never be the same.

‘Resident Evil 6’ Review: Putting The Action Back In Action Horror

The wait is finally over. What has already been a stellar year for horror fans is about to get even better with the long awaited Resident Evil 6. Capcom’s “throw everything and see what sticks” approach has resulted in four different campaigns that practically feel like their own games, the return of the highly addictive Mercenaries mode, and a new competitive Agent Hunt mode. Either this strategy has paid off, giving fans of the series a variety of different ways to enjoy this ambitious game, or everything could buckle under the weight of its lofty goals. Let’s find out.

If only several months back I had known BioWare would be releasing a Mass Effect Trilogy I maybe would have held off on going through the series. Regardless, coming November 6th for $60 bucks you can get all 3 Mass Effect titles in one neat little package. There is no word on whether any of the DLC will be included, but at this point I’m going to guess that it’s not. Past the break for screen shots.

‘Dead Space 3′ Eudora Walkthrough

Put your Dead Space 3 fears to rest friends. For though Dead Space 3 is throwing in some things you may dislike, it’s also staying true to its horror roots. In the video below you can check out a walkthrough of a ship known as the “Eudora” where Isaac faces many fears he has before. That doesn’t make me any less nervous. I screamed my way through the first game and again through the second. I see no reason I wouldn’t be screaming my way through this game. Dead Space 3 will be released on February 5th for the PC, Playstation 3, and Xbox 360.

RememberMe (15)

‘Remember Me’s’ Combat System Makes My Brain Hurt

Up until this point I was pretty excited about Remember me. Until I saw the Combo Lab video you can check out past the break. Maybe it’s just me but when you start adding too much to things that should be a lot simpler the game starts to fall apart. In the Combo Lab video they show you how you can create your own combos to take down specific enemies. I’m lazy, and that seems to involve way too much work. Check out the video past the break and let me know what you think. Screen shots are there too, you know, if you’re into that sort of thing. Remember Me will be released May of next year assuming the world doesn’t end this December. PC, Playstation 3, and Xbox 360.

Check Out The Borderlands 2 Launch Trailer If You Aren’t Already Out Waiting In Line

Well my copy for Borderlands 2 is pre-ordered. Too bad I don’t think it’s going to be here until Friday. Damn US Postal Service. Anyhow, I’m sure a lot of you either already have the game, or are out picking it up right now. Standing in line with a bunch of stinky, weird looking 30 somethings who live in their parents basements. Afterfall Insanity (5)

New Afterfall: Insanity Screenshots Are Looking Good

Over 2 years ago I introduced you all to Afterfall: Insanity. We hadn’t really heard much up after that. The game came out almost a year ago to very mediocre scores. The newest version of the game is supposed to be quite a step up from its initial release. Adam also brought it back to us thanks to Steam’s Project Greenlight. I played a demo quite a while back and honestly I was quite bored by it. I’m hoping this updated version can pull it away from it’s 50% Metacritic score. New screens past the break.

Call Of Duty: Black Ops II’s Multiplayer Leaves A Memorable Impression At Gamescom

Some would say Call Of Duty’s multiplayer has gotten stale. I would never say such a thing, because of the shear amount of people who play the damn game. Though if I were to make such a comment I would say Modern Warfare 3 just didn’t do it for me. Judging by what we have seen so far, and now what many of the top video game sites tell me in the video below I can’t wait to jump into Black Ops II. Obviously being set in the future for once a large amount of doors are open to awesome new vehicles, weapons, locations and more. Check out the Accolades Trailer below, and don’t forget the game is going up again Halo 4 releasing just one week after it on November 13th.

The Last Of Us’ E3 Extended Gameplay Is Heartpounding

Hopefully you already got to see the gameplay from E3 for The Last Of Us, because it’s awesome. Well if you missed it, or you just want a bigger taste, below you can watch the extended version of the gameplay. It will keep your heart racing the whole time while Elle and Joel get themselves repeatedly in and out of trouble. Brace yourself, the video is just under 16 minutes long. This is definitely up near the top of my most anticipated games list. 2013 on the Playstation 3.

Please, ‘Remember Me’ Or I Will Punch The Memories Out Of Your Head

Remember Me was announced just a few short weeks ago and it is quickly climbing to the top of my most anticipated list. The game looks gorgeous and has a mixed flavor bag from games like Final Fantasy XIII, the Uncharted series, and even the newer Batman games. Check out the video below as it shows you some pretty awesome gameplay where you can see those similarities to the other games. Remember Me isn’t coming out until May of next year on the PC, Playstation 3, and Xbox 360. Past the break for features.
