“Channel Zero: No-End House” Teaser Will Break Your Mind

“Channel Zero” returns to Syfy this October.

Syfy’s anthology series tells brand new, six-episode stories with each new season, and ahead of third and fourth seasons that have already been ordered, Season 2 is next up on the menu.

It’s titled “Channel Zero: No-End House, and a teaser trailer released today gives all those creepy “AHS: Cult” teases a run for their money.

Inspired by Brian Russell’s Creepypasta tale, “Channel Zero: No-End House” tells the story of a young woman named Margot Sleator who visits the No-End House: a bizarre house of horrors that consists of a series of increasingly disturbing rooms. When she returns home, Margot realizes that everything has changed.

Amy Forsyth, Aisha Dee and John Carroll Lynch star.

Nick Antosca returns as executive producer, showrunner and writer for the second installment, alongside executive producer Max Landis. Steven Piet directed all six episodes. Harley Peyton (“Twin Peaks”) is writer-co-executive producer, while Don Mancini (“Hannibal”, creator of Child’s Play) also serves as a writer-supervising producer.

Ryan Murphy: “Ok ‘Channel Zero’ you think you can out-promo me? I’ll show you motherfuckers! My show is the king of insane promos!”
    That was nice though!

I liked the first season of this but it was really bland at times. What bothered me most was the fact that the season was only 6 episodes long! I’ll be checking ‘No End House’ out for sure, I just hope now that it’s a whole new story that there’s more suspense and faster paced!

i agree w/ you. i liked season 1 but the reveal was just SILENT HILL with no budget.

i’m looking forward to season 2 though. oh and this teaser definitely seems like it’s only made to give Ryan Murphy a run for his money. i doubt this teaser has anything to do with what happens in season 2. lol.

I loved the fact that it was 6 episodes and done. Sort of the equivalent of a 87 minute film while the 10 episode season would have been the overlong 115 minute version of the same film.

I like the 6 episode season. I meant with season one only being 6 episodes and it still had those bland moments. It felt like it could have been better considering that. Maybe for that storyline 6 episodes was one too many.

          Ok I misunderstood your comment.

          • Necro

No that was my fault I should’ve been more clear.

          • Nick Botic

Necro, I don’t post in the BD comment sections very often, but whenever I’m here, I see you, and I nearly ALWAYS agree with what you say wholeheartedly.

I feel like you and I would be friends. Haha

Haha I liked season 1 but the show is still finding its footing. I still think this will be better than AHS. AHS may have the higher budget but thats about it. Every thing else is a mess. Murphy and his team are great at beautiful disasters.

    Well….that was underwhelming.

If I read that right is there really going to be only six episodes. I’m actually a fan of that. The first season was to long for what story they were telling. Six episodes seems about right for my taste because the stretched out first season wasn’t very entertaining for me but then again I didn’t like Exorcist either so who I am to talk lol.

The first season was six episodes…

I really hope they’ve found their footing with the second season. It was a chore to get through the first one. There was So Much Slow Panning. Like, the panning shot would start and I could go in the kitchen to get a Dr. Pepper and, by the time I got back, the camera would finally land on whatever we were supposed to see (and it was usually something we already knew about).

When is the foundation getting involved…. there are… things out there. Things that need to be contained.

  • BreeBennett

I hope it’s better than the first season, which it was weak in my opinion.

  • I actually really liked the first season. It was just the right mixture of mysterious and creepy for me. I mean, it certainly wasn’t flawless, but it was definitely entertaining.

    • Nick Botic

This is exactly the way I’ve described it also. Almost verbatim. Haha

  • Matt Miller

I hope it’s as atmospheric as the first season but a little less silly.

  • Darren Stone

Hope this one has a better ending then season one, loved it till that letdown of a finale

  • …was that music from “Under The Skin”?

  • Oliver Riddle

    I thought they were braids.
