Be careful when calling the IT department…
Remember when we told you earlier this week that Andy Muschietti had briefly considered Pennywise taking the form of Freddy Krueger in the 1989-set IT? It would’ve been something special, to say the very least, but Muschietti ultimately decided against bringing New Line’s top horror icons together.
If that news left you itching to see Pennywise and Freddy share the screen, then we think you’ll get a kick out of the IT spoof sketch that just aired on “The Late Late Show” last night. Host James Corden played the role of Pennywise for the sketch, which humorously sees an office worker calling the IT department… and getting Pennywise instead.
Once an actual IT worker shows up, well, things get even more entertaining…
