Released in 2014, the horror game Alien: Isolation introduced brand new franchise character Amanda Ripley, the daughter of series icon Ellen Ripley. Syfy Wire lets us know this week that Amanda will return in Aliens: Resistance, a new comic series from Dark Horse!
The 4-issue series is a sequel to both Isolation and comic series Aliens: Defiance.

Resistance will be written by Brian Wood, with art by Robert Carey (Transformers), colors by Dan Jackson (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), and letters by Nate Piekos. Regular cover art will be done by Roberto De La Torre (Ms. Marvel), with variants by Tristan Jones.
Aliens: Resistance #1 hits comic shops on January 23, 2019.
