One of the greatest monster movies ever! And without a doubt the greatest monster movie set in outer space! The Giger alien and set designs where mind blowing to anyone that saw this movie upon release and similar to Jaws (another all time favorite of mine). Alien was produced at a time when casting, acting and story where just as crucial as the monster and scares.
