I am 100% ready to catch some flak on this week’s Twisted Music Video Of The Week selection. After all, I’m putting Limp Bizkit on here unironically. But here’s the thing, okay? I f*cking love this song. Seriously! I dig the hell out of this track and always have. Hell, when I’m driving with my windows down I’ll play this song proudly. Sure, there might be some silly lyrics (“I crawled up your butt somehow and that’s when things got turned around“? Really?) but the music is incredibly solid and each member adds something really special to this track (dat bassline, yo).
Oh, and did I mention that the music video is incredibly surreal, dark, and full of horror visuals? Wes Borland’s head falls off for no reason. There’s a hamburger with maggots instead of onions. A screaming Terminator lady blows up a rather charming apartment. Oh, and then things get turned into a cartoon for a little bit. It’s highly entertaining and a perfect fit for this series.
