1. Zombeavers
First of all, I’m sorry that I cheated and used four posters for this one and I’m sorry that my top two spots went to horror comedies, but I’m a sucker for self-awareness. The ad campaign for Zombeavers is nothing if not self-aware. The first image is the official poster for the film, and the other three (as some of you may remember) are ripping off the posters for Her, Gravity and American Hustle, respectively. The fake critic reviews on both of those are ingenious. Basically, these are the most creative posters I’ve seen this year. By the way, the movie is actually good. I went in expecting it to be terrible and came out laughing my ass off.
