Even with the dead rising and a duty to keep them in check, being alone is a palpable feeling. That’s why Francesco Dellamorte keeps searching for love, even though it continuously seems to elude him. This movie really challenged me the first time I watched it. It’s not an easy film and its ending definitely requires some thought. But no matter what, that sense of seeking out love is palpable.
