Practical Effects
In the season 2 premiere alone, we saw a woman’s face get peeled off, a man’s penis cut off and turned into a crow and a man drown from dirty bathwater being teleported into his lungs. The first season gave us some crazy moments as well, but season 2 is already off to a promising start. Most of the effects are practical and there is limited CGI. For a show that has what I can only assume is a limited budget, it’s quite impressive.
