Marge – Jaws 2
I maintain that Marge’s death is the most disturbing one in the entire franchise, and for good reason. She was a likable (if somewhat forgettable) character who died after saving a boy’s life. The image of the shark slowly rising in the water, only to visibly gulp poor Marge is one of the most terrifying images I’ve ever seen. It gave me nightmares for years when I was a kid.
