Ben – Night of the Living Dead
Admit it, you thought Ben was going to make it out of this movie alive. Ben’s death has always hit me particularly hard because I appreciated how his ascension to hero status subverted expectations at the time. For him to die for being mistaken as a zombie has always been a cruel (yet darkly humorous) twist of fate.
