My Soul To Take
My Soul To Take is one of the worst movies I have ever seen. I might even go so far as to say that it’s the worst movie on this list. This is only because it seems to think that is is much smarter than it is. Don’t get me wrong, I love Wes Craven and can (barely) respect what he was trying to do here, but the “realistic teen dialogue” he uses in this screenplay is awful. I actually paid $13.50 (at the time) to see this in a theater in 3D. I was furious. After a few months of letting it sit with me, I finally caved and watched the film again, this time with a different mindset (and a bottle of wine). My Soul To Take will never be a good movie, but it is an absolute blast to make fun of with a bunch of friends. Trust me on this one!
