Death by Thing (The Thing)
This one comes out of nowhere! It’s difficult to believe that this masterpiece flopped upon its original release and was critically maligned. There is so much creativity and imagination going on here. The blood test scene may get the most attention for it’s suspense, but the defibrillator scene is the “oh shit” moment of the film.
