10. Ouija Fire (Paranormal Activity)
One of the first scenes depicting Toby’s trickery, the Ouija fire is scary for cementing the fact that there really was a paranormal entity haunting Micah and Katie’s house. The bastard even lit the Ouija pointer on fire for good measure. It’s a simple effect, but this sequence is scarier than pretty much everything in the Ouija movie from last year.
