So maybe Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever isn’t a great movie (or so I hear). And so what if Ti West disowned it. It still has a pretty wicked scene of hand removal. This is probably the most disgusting scene on this list. It’s gross in everyway. Like what’s the deal with that kiss? Ugh! Just plain disgusting.
