The tonal shift into a comedy is jarring with this one, but the bold statement of “The most notorious movie franchise ever created” is absurd. Sure, the franchise is notorious, but calling it the most notorious one is a bit of a stretch. Mostly, I just can’t bear to give Tom Six the satisfaction of giving his atrocious franchise that title.
