Set for release February 5th, 2016 is Sony Screen Gems’ Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, which focuses on the Bennett sisters – Elizabeth (Lily James), Lydia (Ellie Bamber), Mary (Millie Brady), Jane (Bella Heathcote), and Kitty (Suki Waterhouse) – several badass women who have been trained to brutally slay the undead.
We scored an exclusive look at a special holiday poster for Pride and Prejudice and Zombies that teases a conflict between the humans and undead: “Happy Holidays from our kind to yours,” it exclaims, while displaying a rotting corpse holding a gift.
The events in Pride and Prejudice and Zombies begin with the tangled relationship between lovers from different social classes in 19th century England, and is complicated by a full on outbreak of zombies.
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies has been rated PG-13 for “zombie violence and action, and brief suggestive material.“
