‘Awakening the Zodiac’ Teasers Find the Killer’s Snuff Films (Exclusive)

There’s a new Zodiac-inspired horror movie arriving this summer and it looks awesome, at least by these three teaser clips.

Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions and Vertical Entertainment are releasing Jonathan Wright’s Awakening the Zodiac on June 9, 2017, and Bloody Disgusting has a trio of teasers setting up this Wednesday’s trailer debut.

Starring Shane West, Leslie Bibb, and Matt Craven, the story follows a down-on-their-luck couple who discovers a serial killer’s film reels. They decide to take the law into their own hands, risking everything for the chance at a $100,000 reward. It isn’t long until they find themselves in the killer’s lethal cross-hairs.
