Here in the States, Well Go USA released a Phantasm complete collection Blu-ray set last year, which included all five films but was extremely limited and now sells for hundreds of dollars. More recently, they put out the collection on DVD, which is a whole hell of a lot more affordable. Next, standalone releases of the third and fourth installments are hitting Blu-ray!
The Facebook page for the book Phantasm Exhumed lets us know this week that Well Go USA will release Phantasm III: Lord of the Dead and Phantasm IV: Oblivion on individual Region 1 Blu-rays later this year, specifically on September 18.
No word yet on the special features that’ll be included with the Blu-rays.
