Lionsgate brought franchise sequels Saw II, Saw III and Saw IV to 4K Ultra HD last Halloween season, and we’ve learned this week that three more Saw sequels get the treatment this year.
Saw V, Saw VI, and Saw VII get their own 4K + Blu-ray + Digital SteelBook releases on November 10, and the Amazon Exclusive releases are up for pre-order on Amazon now.
In Saw V, “Forensics expert Hoffman (Costas Mandylor) goes on the hunt in order to protect the secret that he is the newest person to carry on Jigsaw’s (Tobin Bell) legacy.”
And then in Saw VI, “Hoffman is seemingly the last person alive to carry on the Jigsaw legacy. But when his secret is threatened, Hoffman must go on the hunt to eliminate all loose ends.”
And finally in Saw VII (aka Saw 3D), “As a deadly battle rages over Jigsaw’s brutal legacy, a group of Jigsaw survivors gathers to seek the support of self-help guru and fellow survivor Bobby Dagen, a man whose own dark secrets unleash a new wave of terror.”
All three 4K Ultra HD movies will include previously released special features.
