Sit down friends and neighbors as we hear a tale of woe about a man named Crow. Oh, don’t care for the rhyme scheme? That’s okay, it really isn’t about rhyming but it is a lesson learned. You know all the basic lessons we learned as children often rhymed. Oh well, let us look at what has come in this week from the World of Death. “Murder of Crow”!
The short, “Murder of Crow”, features a tale told about a youthful individual seeking independence and freedom from a cantankerous old coot named… you guessed it… Old Crow! Old Crow, as you know, likes doing little but drinking his beer and making the best of his situation. He has indeed had a hard life it would seem, but that doesn’t take the fire away from this bird. His associate, at times even his servant, is resentful of their arrangement and seeks to utilize a creature of uncertain origin and power to readjust the ways of the old and the new. But our friend the usurper might just get more than bargained for when the simplest of lessons are forgotten. A lesson best learned and held high throughout the land as we continue on in all endeavors. If for some reason you don’t know this lesson before today… consider yourself taught.
I won’t tell you anymore today, I’m going to hit the hay. You best watch the scare, lest the crows come and pluck your hair bare! You won’t have to hold your breath, next week comes more World of Death!
