Part of Hulu’s month-long “Huluween” is a really cool film festival, which boasts several films from up-and-coming filmmakers. One of my favorites from last year was “The Rizzle”, which turns a harmless dance into terror. The short was directed by Josh Tanner from a script he co-wrote with Jade Van Der Lei.
While “The Rizzle” is still haunting people on Hulu, Tanner is sharing with Bloody Disgusting readers his latest film, “Wandering Soul”, a frightening short that takes place during the Vietnam War in which a Viet Cong soldier stationed in the claustrophobic Cu Chi tunnels is haunted by the ghost of a fallen comrade.
The short has been playing at festivals over the past year and is now online. Enjoy this early Halloween treat below!
