Emmett/Furla/Oasis Films has announced that they have acquired the rights to The Incident, a drama thriller that will be directed by Polish director Jack Kwiecinski (The Direction).
The $15m picture, “…centers on Michael, who accidentally kills a man during a brief altercation and struggles with the ramifications of his actions. Childers will play Michael’s girlfriend, Martha, who has no knowledge of the incident, and is left bewildered as her boyfriend’s behavior becomes more and more peculiar.”
Ambyr Childers is confirmed to appear and Deadline states that Emile Hirsch is being approached for the male lead.
