While we’re all waiting to hear an update about Dwayne Johnson’s remake of Big Trouble in Little China, the powers that be are letting us know that they’re not going to forget about the 1986 original, which was directed by John Carpenter and starred Kurt Russell and Kim Cattrall.
Tara Bennett and Paul Terry, who are currently putting together “The Official Making of Big Trouble in Little China” for BOOM! Studios (releasing this August), have also announced that they are putting together a second book that will focus specifically on the art of the genre-bending film. Aptly titled “The Official Art of Big Trouble in Little China“, the book will include never-before-seen photos, interviews with the crew, and will even feature developmental photos from Funko’s Big Trouble in Little China figurine series, according to EW. The cover and an excerpt have been released, which you can see below.
The compendium will be coming out in November and is available or pre-order on Amazon.
