Michael Jai White (Spawn, Mortal Kombat) is to B-martial arts movies what Bruce Campbell is to B-horror. Both are beloved stars in their respective genres with adoring fans and wickedly entertaining films on their resume. That’s why they get to have fun sometimes and poke fun at themselves, which is, in my opinion, the best kind of humor.
Just look at the below video, which shows two guys getting ready for a horror movie marathon when the host lets slip that he invited their mutual friend Michael Jai White over to join them. The other friend is less than thrilled to hear this news, although he doesn’t make it clear why. It’s only as the short progresses that we learn of his frustration, which comes from White having the ability to enter the movies they watch and deal with the killers himself!
It’s really well done and got more than a few laughs out of me, so give it a watch below when you get a chance!
