What gets your juices flowing? What floats your boat? This week, World of Death dips its skeletal toes into the hot tub of kink with two films exploring the weird things you might think about when you’re all alone.
First up we have Chris Hebert and Rob Sales’ THE ICE BUCKET MURDERS. Soon-to-be-married Clara and Cooper decide to have one last night of spontaneous excitement before their vows with the help of a third party member. While this film could either be about the problem with spoiled and entitled men, or prudish and over-bearing women, the end result is the same – blood, and lots of it.
Next up we get even more uncomfortable when Travis Zariwny (CABIN FEVER 2016) replaces a relaxing spa treatment with something a bit more sadistic in MANICURE. Why further dull your personality with perfectly manicured nails when you could gain some life experience instead? Less about violent perversion and more about the shedding of personal vanities, MANICURE is sure to make your skin crawl, and make you think twice about that upcoming nail appointment.
