You know what I love about World of Death? There’s actually two different films in it that involve a girl puking up blood into a toilet! Do you really need another reason to check out this episode? It’s only 10 minutes out of your long ass life haha…
In episode 75, we explore two young women going through some very unusual changes. First, in ANNA directed by Matthew Forte a misfortunate gal has a very… er… sloppy appetite for blood and guts. A day in the life of a conscious zombie told from the undead’s point of view. Nice, drab and sickly looking (a compliment) and sad. Enjoy!
The latter of our two shorts in today’s terror sampler is Liz Salvato’s NOTHING IMPORTANT HAPPENED TODAY. Liz and I first worked together on High on the Hog (starring Sid Haig) a few years ago and I was stoked to hear that she had directed a short horror film and wanted to include it in WOD! A girl’s date goes awry and her roommate is the perfect shoulder to cry upon… or sink her teeth into! Great atmospheric lighting and lots of blood make this short a nice little entertaining trip into the vampire sub genre.
So for you gorehounds out there, tape up your eyelids, sit down, shut up and WATCH!
