There’s a really cool new indie production now casting for a shoot this coming October in Kentucky that aligns some big name producers.
Star Light is the story of a teen whose life is turned upside down when he helps a world-famous pop star on the run from her violent pursuers.
Lee Cummings is attached to direct the indie genre film from Texas Chainsaw Massacre executive producer Jeffrey Allard of Indie Entertainment, along with with Mitchell Altieri of Butcher Brothers. Leo Staurulakis and Andrew Mardirous serve as executive producers. The script was co-written by Altieri and Jamal Jenings.
Altieri, half of the Butcher Brothers, has directed The Hamiltons, April Fool’s Day, The Violent Kind, The Night Watchmen and The Thompsons.
Filming is set to begin at the end of October.
