Extremely NSFW Trailer for Controversial ‘Trauma’

Lucio A. Rojas’ extreme and controversial Trauma will have its worldwide premiere at this month’s Morbido Fest in México.

Trauma is a rape-revenge thriller that follows four women travel through the weekend to a countryside area of Chile and they are brutally attacked by a man and his son. Alone and abandoned, they decide to confront the criminals. The struggle will lead the young women to a spiral of violence and depravity, for which none of them will be prepared.

Trauma is a raw, tough, violent, and dramatic movie,” said Rojas. “The content is extreme, visceral, and strictly for people over 18.”

Starring are Catalina Martin, Daniel Antivilo, Macarena Carrere, Ximena del Solar, Felipe Ríos, Dominga Bofill, Alejandro Trejo, Max Torres, Claudio Riveros and Eduardo Paxeco.

Here’s the NSFW trailer to go along with the first stills and poster art.

Yeah, I’ll pass. I know it is rape revenge stuff but I will definitely not watch this. Rape isn’t entertainment.

      Thank You! Agree 1000%!

  • Khy

No thank you. I don’t care to see women being brutally raped and beaten for the sake of “edginess”. This movie seems quite late anyway. Like the kind of garbage the late 00s would’ve coughed out.

Was thinking the same thing, this director missed the ‘torture porn’ boat by at least a decade+.

      • zombie84_41

The only time when the term torture porn should be used is in these movies.

  • The_Gentleman

    That looks extremely unpleasant.

  • Darren Kerr

    Well that looks rank…

  • gjk2012 .

    Yummy.

    • chuck

You need your head checked if you think this is ‘yummy’, or your a kid trying to look edgy.

    • zombie84_41

LOl very yummy. You wanta get the candy.

  • this looks terrible. Rape is not entertainment.

    • Mamet006

You realize it’s a movie, right?

    • Aemette

Couldn’t agree more but I don’t understand why some directors and even fans still think it is. We’ve seen movies like this already. The formula is always the same and so is the outcome. No other movie can add any real value to these types of movies. Let’s just stop and move onto something greater.

Niceee. But I wonder if it will be anymore fucked up then Chaos. That was a hard flick to watch. I loved to be disturbed, havent seen anything to turn my stomach in a while. Hope this can do it. Prob wont be as raw and fucked as the director is saying.

  • Mark Stuart

Looks good fun. Hope it lives up to the hype.

At this point, no movie could ever give me a good reason as to why women, and even men, need to be put through rape for the sake of entertainment or to learn something impactful about themselves. I see zero justification for rape if it’s the only vehicle used to propel the movie’s plot. That to me is just sickening. Call me what you will but I’m sure we could find other reasons why the women in this movie, or any other movie, need to be held captive by these guys instead of getting raped.

Heck they could have gone with an blood thirty alien thing where the women were aliens trying to blend into society and the men holding them captive knew that. Plot twist, we the audience wouldn’t find out till the end. No rape, just acting and terror only to have us feeling bad for the women and then no feelings of remorse. There are other ways to entertain us. Rape shouldn’t have to be your last ditch effort.

    • James Allard

My only quibble overall with your statement is that this seems to be less a “last ditch effort” and a “only reason for existence.”

  • gjk2012 .

I bet Weinstein would have loved to make a movie like this.

    • James Allard

I’d have to go back, but I think I saw him in one of the scenes.

  • James Allard

    Pass.

  • DRUGULA

Murder and all sorts of violence is ok but rape is crossing the line does that really make any sense? Glad I’m not a woman sheesh.

    • gjk2012 .

It’s because we have gotten used to seeing murder and violence in entertainment but rarely see any kind of rape in movies. That’s why people are so defensive about rape in movies. It’s part of our pop culture.

Finally something that looks good. All these horror movies for kids, about time one for adults is shown.

  • Beatnation

Seeing this tyoe of millinia comments and I asked myself, what happened to the real horror fans?
