Lionsgate has scooped up Chris Thomas Devlin’s horror script Cobweb, attaching Roy Lee (IT) and Jon Berg (Wonder Woman) as producers, Variety reports tonight.

“A boy’s abusive parents have always told him the voices he hears in the walls of his house are only in his head. But when he discovers that they’re real, he conspires to let them out.”
“We used to own horror,” Lionsgate’s vice chairman Michael Burns promises. “We’re going to own it again.”
Andrew Childs will executive produce Cobweb.
