We’re not yet sure where J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot is going to be calling home once their deal with Paramount expires, but we’ve learned tonight via Deadline that the company has acquired two new horror projects that the site shares very early, very limited details on.
One of the projects is The Steps, based on an original idea from Stefan Grube. The film is being described as “a twist on a possession story,” and Blair Butler (Hell Fest) is writing.
And then there’s an untitled project from Megan Amram (The Good Place, Silicon Valley), being billed as a “female-driven horror allegory.” Amram is writing her original concept.
