‘The Possession of Hannah Grace’ Clip Reminds You, In Case You Forgot, That Corpses Don’t Breathe

You may be surprised to hear this, but there’s a new horror movie being released into theaters *this weekend*. It’s titled The Possession of Hannah Grace, and it pretty much came out of nowhere and isn’t really being promoted much at all. It was actually shot a couple years ago under the title Cadaver, and is now being released by Screen Gems on November 30.

The good news? It’s Rated “R” and has a pretty cool premise, one that’s not all that different from the excellent The Autopsy of Jane Doe. Check out a new clip below.

In the film, directed by Diederik Van Rooijen and penned by Brian Sieve (Boogeyman 2)…

“A shocking exorcism spirals out of control, claiming the life of a young woman. Months later, Megan Reed (Shay Mitchell) is working the graveyard shift in the morgue when she takes delivery of a disfigured cadaver. Locked alone inside the basement corridors, Megan begins to experience horrifying visions and starts to suspect that the body may be possessed by a ruthless demonic force.”

“Pretty Little Liars’” Shay Mitchell stars with Grey Damon, Kirby Johnson and Stana Katic.

Writer in the horror community since 2008. Editor in Chief of Bloody Disgusting. Owns Eli Roth's prop corpse from Piranha 3D. Has four awesome cats. Still plays with toys.
