With a nearly $100 million opening weekend at the global box office, John Wick: Chapter 3 was all but guaranteed to spawn another installment, and indeed Chapter 4 is on the way!
We’ve learned tonight that Keanu Reeves will return in John Wick: Chapter 4, which has already been dated for release on May 21, 2021.
Chapter 3‘s opening weekend here in the States brought in over $56 million, nearly *double* the opening weekend of the first sequel back in 2017. This franchise is ON FIRE.
Chapter 4 will presumably pick up right after the events of Parabellum, with a bruised, broken (but still alive) John Wick taking the fight to the deadliest organization in the world.
