Fans of Jaws have no doubt seen *countless* behind the scenes photos from the Martha’s Vineyard set over the years, with tons of them collected together in the must-own book Jaws: Memories of Martha’s Vineyard. But our friend John Campopiano, on a recent visit to Martha’s Vineyard (the real life “Amity Island”), uncovered a handful you definitely haven’t seen.
Published over on The Wrap tonight, the photos where shown to Campopiano by Billy Reagan, who was a proverbial fly on the wall of the Jaws set way back in 1974!
The vintage photos include one of Spielberg hanging out on set, along with several that show off glimpses of the animatronic shark that still keeps us out of the water to this day.
