The next film in the Conjuring Universe is headed our way next week, with Annabelle Comes Home set to unleash every evil entity that had been locked up in Ed and Lorraine Warren’s museum of haunted artifacts. A handful of new photos show off Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga in the Gary Dauberman-directed film, the first time they’ve played Ed and Lorraine in a Conjuring spinoff.
There are also several shots of Mckenna Grace and Madison Iseman, with the final image confirming that Conjuring director and franchise producer James Wan was actually on set for this one (and not busy working on Aquaman). This is a very good sign.
The sixth title in The Conjuring franchise picks up with the Warrens bringing the Annabelle doll to a place where she can no longer wreak havoc: their Artifacts Room. Annabelle awakens the room’s evil which sets its sights on a new target: the Warrens’ ten-year-old daughter Judy.
