Regular Bloody reader @owslajosh tipped me off to a Russian trailer for Prey, the next film from P2 and Maniac director Franck Khalfoun. The film reunites Khalfoun with Blumhouse, who collaborated on the long-troubled Amityville: The Awakening.
The thriller has a unique premise:
When moody 17-year-old Toby is forced to spend three nights alone on an uninhabited island as the final challenge of an outdoor adventure program, he immediately finds himself outmatched by the elements. Toby soon learns that not everything is as it seems and sometimes the most beautiful locales can hide the most horrifying secrets.
Prey stars Kristine Froseth, Logan Miller, and Jolene Anderson.
