Nick Powell sat in the director’s chair for Primal, an upcoming indie action-thriller that stars Nicolas Cage as a big-game hunter for zoos who has booked passage on an Hispanic freighter with a fresh haul of exotic and deadly animals from the Amazon.
Oh and also on the freighter is a political assassin being extradited to the U.S in secret, who escapes and releases the captive animals, throwing the ship into chaos.

The film will be released in theaters and on VOD & Digital on November 8, 2019.
