From writer/director Kevin McMullin comes Low Tide, a brand new teen thriller on the way from A24 and DirecTV. IT and IT: Chapter Two actor Jaeden Martell stars in the film, and the just-released trailer suggests a darker version of films like Stand By Me and The Goonies.
In Low Tide, Alan, Red, and Smitty spend high summer on the Jersey Shore roving the boardwalk and getting into trouble. But the discovery of good old fashioned treasure sets the friends on an escalating course of suspicion and violence in this atmospheric thriller.
The cast also includes Shea Whigham, Keean Johnson, Alex Neustaedter, Daniel Zolghadri, and Kristine Froseth.
