Jamie Lee Curtis Shares First Look Footage from ‘Halloween Kills’
Filming is still underway on Halloween Kills, which means it’ll be a while before we have any sort of official teaser trailer to share. In the meantime, returning star Jamie Lee Curtis has taken to Twitter to celebrate Halloween with some early first-look footage from the film!
The footage gives us our first glimpse of Anthony Michael Hall as original Halloween character Tommy Doyle, while also teasing Michael’s fiery return. Check it out below!
Judy Greer is back as Karen Strode, along with Andi Matichak as Allyson Strode. Next year’s movie will also star original Halloween actress Kyle Richards as Lindsey Wallace, with Robert Longstreet playing Lonnie Elam and Nancy Stephens reprising the role of the original film’s Nurse Marion. Charles Cyphers is also back as Sheriff Leigh Brackett.
Halloween Kills will arrive in theaters on October 16, 2020 followed by Halloween Ends on October 15, 2021, with David Gordon Green returning to direct both films.

Christopher Landon (Happy Death Day, Freaky) is staying busy here in 2024, directing not only the werewolf movie Big Bad but also an upcoming thriller titled Drop.
The project for Blumhouse and Platinum Dunes is being described as a “fast-paced thriller,” and Deadline reports today that Violett Beane (Truth or Dare) has joined the cast.
Newcomer Jacob Robinson has also signed on to star in the mysterious thriller. Previously announced, Meghann Fahy (“White Lotus”) will be leading the cast.
Landon recently teased on Twitter, “This is my love letter to DePalma.”
Jillian Jacobs and Chris Roach wrote the script.
Michael Bay, Jason Blum, Brad Fuller and Cameron Fuller — “who brought the script in to Platinum Dunes” — are producing the upcoming Drop. Sam Lerner is an executive producer.
THR notes, “The film is a Platinum Dunes and Blumhouse production for Universal.”
