Samuel Goldwyn Films shared with Bloody several new images from Adam Egypt Mortimer‘s (Some Kind of Hate, Holidays) Daniel Isn’t Real (review of the film) that show Patrick Schwarzenegger as the title character getting into the head of co-star Miles Robbins.
In Daniel Isn’t Real, troubled college freshman Luke (Robbins) suffers a violent family trauma and resurrects his childhood imaginary friend Daniel (Schwarzenegger) to help him cope. Charismatic and full of manic energy, Daniel helps Luke to achieve his dreams, before pushing him to the very edge of sanity and into a desperate struggle for control of his mind, and his soul.”
Trace called it “unique and terrifying” out of the SXSW World Premiere this past March.
Daniel Isn’t Real hits limited theaters and VOD platforms on December 6th.
