The Sharks in Chinese Creature Feature ‘Blood Shark 3D’ Are Literally Blood Red [Trailer]

Back in April we told you about Blood Shark 3D (aka Horror Shark 3D), China’s first domestic 3D shark attack movie, and this week we’ve been provided with the official trailer.

As it turns out, the title of the film is quite literal. These sharks, well, they’re RED. They’re also computer-generated and not-so-great looking but hey, we’re used to that by now.

Check out the Blood Shark 3D trailer below. No word yet on US release.

Written and directed by Wang Liang, the film centers on “a swimmer and a marine paradise trainer who accidentally fall into a huge conspiracy about blood sharks.”

The cast includes Fang Lishen, Zhou Wietong, Meng-sheng Shen, Wen Dongjun, Wang Liang, Ziqing Liu and Tara Clance.
