Jurassic World: Dominion will open wide in theaters on June 10, 2022, which means we’re just about six months away from the franchise’s anticipated return to the big screen.

Plot details are still under wraps, but Fallen Kingdom promised a sequel wherein the dinosaurs are now on the mainland… and humans are falling to the bottom of the food chain.

For the first time ever, we also know, Jurassic World: Dominion will bring the franchise into a snowy setting, and a new image from Entertainment Weekly today brings those Winter chills. You can check it out below, giving us a new look at Owen Grady and a Parasaur.

Director Colin Trevorrow tells EW, “Dominion is set all over the world, through many different environments: wilderness, urban, desert, snow. It’s exciting to see these creatures navigate environments that they weren’t built to survive in.

“They grew up in a theme park and now they’re here!”

Dominion‘s cast includes familiar and new faces such as Sam Neill, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Justice Smith, Daniella Pineda, Jake Johnson, Omar Sy, Dichen Lachman, Mamoudou AthieDeWanda Wise and Scott Haze.

Writer in the horror community since 2008. Editor in Chief of Bloody Disgusting. Owns Eli Roth's prop corpse from Piranha 3D. Has four awesome cats. Still plays with toys.
