Focus Features has shared a brand new poster for The Northman, the new Viking revenge film from The Witch and The Lighthouse director Robert Eggers.

The art assembles the insane cast, which includes Alexander Skarsgard, Anya Taylor-Joy, Nicole Kidman, Claes Bang, Ethan Hawke, Willem Dafoe, and Björk.

The Northman is rated “R” for “Strong bloody violence, some sexual content and nudity.”

If you missed it, you can watch The Northman trailer here. You’ll get some bursts of the bloody violence in the trailer, but you’ll have to see The Northman in theaters for that nudity.

Described as “an action-filled epic that follows a young Viking prince on his quest to avenge his father’s murder,” The Northman comes exclusively to theaters on April 22, 2022.
