Rob Zombie’s ‘The Munsters’ – Herman and Lily Sing “I Got You Babe” for New Single [Video]
With Rob Zombie‘s The Munsters coming to Blu-ray and VOD on September 27, another original song from the soundtrack has been released onto retro Vinyl this week.
Waxwork Records presents “I Got You Babe,” a new take on the Sonny & Cher track, as a deluxe 12″ single pressed to 180 gram Yellow vinyl! Featuring performances by Sheri Moon Zombie & Jeff Daniel Phillips, the track is produced by Rob Zombie and Zeuss!
The B-Side features an etching of the two kooky love birds and is housed in a psychedelic heavyweight jacket with matte satin coating presented with all new art by Rob Zombie!

Jeff Daniel Phillips is playing Herman Munster and Sheri Moon Zombie is playing Lily Munster in Zombie’s movie, with Daniel Roebuck co-starring as Grandpa Munster.
Richard Brake (31, 3 from Hell) is playing Dr. Henry Augustus Wolfgang. Catherine Schell (“Space: 1999,” The Return of the Pink Panther) is playing “Zoya Krupp the gypsy queen.”
Dee Wallace, Cassandra “Elvira” Peterson and Jorge Garcia will also star in the film, alongside original “The Munsters” television series actors Butch Patrick and Pat Priest.
If you want to revisit the original series, “The Munsters” is streaming on Peacock. That series ran for just two seasons between 1964 and 1966, spawning several feature films and a sequel television series titled “The Munsters Today” (1988 – 1991). Most recently, Bryan Fuller’s “Mockingbird Lane” reimagined the series for NBC, but never made it past a pilot episode.
A job at a marijuana farm turns nightmarish in director Ariel Vida’s Trim Season, and Blue Harbor Entertainment has released the trailer just in time for 4/20 this weekend.
Trim Season will open in theaters and on demand June 7, 2024.
Directed by award-winning filmmaker and production designer Ariel Vida, Trim Season stars Bethlehem Million (Sick, “And Just Like That…”) as Emma, an adrift, jobless, 20-something seeking purpose. Along with a group of young people from Los Angeles, she drives up the coast to make quick cash trimming marijuana on a secluded farm in Northern California.
“Cut off from the rest of the world, they soon realize that Mona (Jane Badler) – the seemingly amiable owner of the estate – is harboring secrets darker than any of them could imagine. It becomes a race against time for Emma and her friends to escape the dense woods with their lives.”
The cast also includes “Scream” and Hell Fest‘s Bex Taylor-Klaus, Starry Eyes, “Midnight Mass” and Doctor Sleep‘s Alex Essoe, Ally Ioannides (Synchronic), Cory Hart (“Fear the Walking Dead”), Ryan Donowho, Marc Senter and Juliette Kenn De Balinthazy.
Michelle Swope wrote in her review that Trim Season is “a suspenseful, uniquely crafted story highlighting pain and sacrifice that should spark some powerful conversation around women and gender. Mesmerizing performances, an innovative story, beautiful stylistic choices, and a little bit of witchy weed make Trim Season a must-see horror film.”
