Renny Harlin’s reboot trilogy comes to a close with The Strangers: Chapter 3, and the new trailer appears to put its final girl in the killer’s shoes.

The Strangers: Chapter 3 will release in theaters on February 6, 2026.

A battle-damaged Madelaine Petsch makes her last stand as Maya in the new trailer for The Strangers: Chapter 3, which gives us an interesting glimpse of the final girl wearing the Pin-Up Girl mask and seemingly giving into her killer instinct. Her potential killer turn was teased in Chapter 2’s post-credits scene, though there’s likely more than meets the eye here.

In the final chapter, “Maya faces the masked killers one last time in a brutal, full-circle reckoning of survival and revenge.”

Renny Harlin (Die Hard 2, Deep Blue Sea) once again directs from a script by Alan R. Cohen and Alan Freedland.

Gabriel Basso (Super 8), Ema Horvath (“The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power”), Pablo Sandstrom, and Richard Brake (Barbarian) round out the cast.

Courtney Solomon, Mark Canton, Christopher Milburn, Gary Raskin, Alastair Burlingham, and Charlie Dombek produce. The Strangers trilogy was filmed concurrently in Slovakia back in 2022 before the sequels underwent additional photography.

The Strangers: Chapter 3 has been rated “R” for “strong bloody violence and language.”
