Sean Patrick Flanery (Saw 3D) and Tom Arnold (True Lies) star in Sacred Evil, a religious horror movie said to be based on actual events.
It follows a young woman who finds herself in danger when she attempts to stop her hellish nightmares by visiting St. Germaine, the town in which her ancestors were executed.
Isabelle Anaya also stars alongside Orlando Jones (“American Gods”), Mindy Sterling (Austin Powers), and Bill Oberst Jr. (3 from Hell).
Screen Daily reports that Archstone Entertainment is launching sales at the European Film Market in Berlin this week.
Matt Flynn (Hack!) writes and directs the movie, which is described as “a love letter to horror films from the 1990s and early 2000s.”
James Thomas Flynn of Stache Pictures produces, with Michael Bonenfant, Jack Sheehan, Michael Thomas Slifkin, and Scott Martin serving as executive producers.
Sacred Evil is expected to kick off a festival run this year.
