“Ohh yes…they mosh Georgie…they mosh…and when you’re down here with me…YOU MOSH TOO!”
I’m going to be completely honest here and say that I never understood the love for the 1990 TV miniseries of Stephen King’s “It“. Tim Curry was absolutely magnificent as Robert “Pennywise the Dancing Clown” Gray, that much is obvious. Then again, Tim Curry pretty much rocks at everything he’s put in, no matter how the rest of the movie fares. And that’s the issue for me with “It”. While Curry was amazing, the rest of the movie felt kinda cheap and it was just…bad. Maybe I need to revisit it because I haven’t seen it in a while but I’m almost worried to do so because I don’t wnat to find it WORSE than what I remember.
Anyways, enough of my unpopular opinions. Let’s instead turn our attention to YouTube cover guitarist 331Erock, who took the carnival-esque theme from the film and gave it a metal edge, complete with an original guitar solo!
