Billy Corgan writes and directs The Smashing Pumpkins‘ Halloween-themed music video for “Silvery Sometimes (Ghosts)” off their forthcoming return effort, Shiny and Oh So Bright, Vol. 1 / LP: No Past. No Future. No Sun., which is set for a November 16th release.
The video sees Corgan, James Iha, Jimmy Chamberlin and Jeff Schroeder challenged to spend the night in a haunted house as part of a macabre Halloween promotion hosted by smarmy radio host Jackie Cherry (played by Sugar Ray’s Mark McGrath). If only the twist were the return of D’arcy Wretzky…
